At Thermal Wire and Cable, you won’t find the Wizard of Oz bellowing behind a cloak of mystery. What you will find is a collaborative team of electrical and technical engineers and staff who’d like to “share our home” with yours.
We begin our series of sneak peeks with a behind-the-scenes look inside our headquarters in Naples, Florida.

In many cases, emergency orders received as late as 3 pm will ship the same day! Furthermore, most products have their certified test reports that can be provided upon request.
From the smallest single-conductor appliance lead wire to complex composite high-temperature cables, our custom-designed extensive product mix allows us to serve worldwide corporations in industries such as Plastic Extruding and Thermoforming, Glass and Steel Manufacturing, Flare Stacks and Industrial Burners, Original Equipment Manufacturers, Aerospace, Government and U.S. Military.
Over Thousand Product Variations – Insulation Material & Conductors
Our products cover a broad range, from time-tested silicone rubber to the latest formulations of fluoropolymers. Each of the thousands of product variations is designed to meet specific standards for high temperature, high voltage, chemical and acid resistance. When you combine the insulation product with select conductor materials, it results in a very particular product for a very specific need. Just as there is a multitude of insulation products used, there are many choices for conductors to be matched with that insulator.
Careful selection of these materials, utilizing common industry standards and correct quality control procedures, results in cost-controlled, tested and finished goods that meet the rigorous demands of today’s industrial markets.
Our founder, Mark Gegenwarth, created a company based on solid business ethics where customer service and product knowledge are paramount to a successful business.
