It was an honor to be a first-year participant in RefComm Galveston 2016 from May 2 – 6. The annual refinery operations conference is one of the best industry gatherings to technically, and literally, galvanize industry resources in Coking, CatCracker, Sulfur Recovery and I&E to maximize assets both in and out of the field.
As one of RefComm’s exhibitors, we were thrilled to meet many of you as well as fellow engineers, technical directors, and other area experts.
One of our popular discussions with attendees included our CST 450 Grade III Ignition Lead Wire. With the highest temperature rating of all ignition cables, CST 450 is designed for flare stacks, blast furnace instrumentation, curing systems, glass fabrication, plastics manufacturing, fuel igniters, and offshore oil rigs. It has a continuous temperature rated at 450°C (842°F).
Avoiding fired heater trips was one of several educational training opportunities at RefComm 2016. The cost of defective thermowells was another favorite topic as was Dr. Peter Clark’s presentation about sulfur use within the food industry.
Let us help you galvanize your resources and maximize your assets.
